Jungle Red and a grateful Tina

by Rich Larson

Having saved Tina from the coils of a giant snake, Red suddenly finds herself the recipient of the spunky girl explorer's gratitude.

Although most of Red's chronicled adventures so far focus on her exploits in ancient times of legend and myth, she is actually a heroine for all eras. In stories written by her creator Pumpmonger, and in illustrations crafted by artists many and varied, she's been portrayed as a Wild West gunslinger, a futuristic crimefighter (Agent Red), and (as seen here) a "Golden Age" jungle girl.
